What is a SNP (also referred to a Snips)?  It is a Single Nucleotide Poly-morphism, the most common type of genetic variation among people. Each SNP represents a substitution of a single DNA building block, called a nucleotide.  I’d rather let a geneticist explain how the Snip identification works so here are 16 videos that discuss some of the Snips that Uforia Science addresses.
